The company was founded by David M. Jeffrey on October 1, 1999. It is now headquartered in a company-owned building at 4745 Forge Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Mr. Jeffrey, owner and president of JPM, has over 25 years of experience in the business.
JPM’s core workforce consists of highly skilled full-time professionals. This core workforce is supplemented by part-time employees and an exclusive coop of companies and engineering professionals that supply a wide variety of specialized capabilities. These capabilities include laser cutting and laser marking, PLC and electronic engineering, surface finishing (anodizing, electro polishing, and plating), large component machining, and other support specialties.
